Incorporated in 1953 Allis Tool developed a strong tool room machining back ground. To take advantage of the equipment and skilled tradesmen ownership in the late 1960’s ventured into building battery assembly equipment to Johnson Controls prints.
Allis Tool continues to work with JCI supplying wear parts to 12 division’s worldwide.
When Allis Tool was purchased by Bill York and investors in 1997 the modern facility, size of equipment and employee skill sets strategically meshed well with York’s training and experiences. Design Engineering
Allis Tool is supported by in house design talent utilizing engineering outsourcing when necessary. Currently they are working with: Auto Cad 2004 – Pro/ E Wildfire 3.0 – Solid Works 2008
Scope
Allis Tool communicates with the OEM to understand the project scope that is typically developed by the OEM. Occasionally OEM’s have contracted with Allis Tool to establish a scope, pending customer approval, prior to quoting.
Facility
37,000 square feet with 10 ton overhead cranes in a modern temperature controlled building.
Equipment
In an effort to deliver the highest quality at competitive prices Allis Tool manages a very high percentage of their projects from within their facility, eliminating finger pointing.
Build Schedule
When Allis Tool responds to you in the form of a quotation a delivery date is targeted. Within 10 working days from receipt of a purchase order a build schedule is e-mailed to you defining milestones through delivery.

Upgrades and modifications to your existing equipment can help you improve your quality, and efficiency. Ergonomically Allis Tool has helped OEM’s reduce and eliminate worker compensation issues.
